Have no fear, at-home chefs, if you can blend a frozen margarita, you can whip up this fresh and zesty dip! It’s perfect for snack time and comes together in seconds. Simply place all of your ingredients in a blender or food processor and BAM! Fancy, luxurious whipped feta dip to impress your friends (and taste buds).
I love the lemon zest in this recipe for the summer time because it adds some extra tangyness. If you are in a pinch, or not in the mood for lemony-goodness, you can always leave it out.

Last but not least, this whipped feta dip pairs perfectly with toasted pita bread or veggies. To toast your pita wedges, bake them in the oven on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Drizzle oil all over the top, add more red pepper flakes and enjoy!

Juice from 1/2 a lemon
Toppings:
Extra olive oil
Red pepper flakes
Dill (optional)
Step 1.
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Make sure to scrape down the sides of the blender half way through. Step 2:
Serve with toasted pita bread, cucumbers or veggies of your choice and enjoy.
