Boursin and Cherry Tomato Dip Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 package Boursin garlic and herb cheese
12 oz package of cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Place the Boursin cheese block in the center of a small baking dish and arrange the tomatoes around it. Top with olive oil, oregano, garlic, crushed red pepper, parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the tomatoes are bursting.
3. Serve with slices of toasted baguette, chips or crackers.
How to prepare toasted baguette:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice a baguette into thin slices. Place on a metal baking tray and cover both sides with a generous amount of olive oil and Italian seasoning (optional). Toast approximately 15-20 minutes, flipping half way until deep golden brown. Enjoy!
