Air Fryer Crab Rangoons Recipe

Ingredients:

6 oz can lump crab meat, drained
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 green onion, finely sliced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
20 wonton wrappers
Cooking spray
Sweet chili sauce for dipping

Directions:

Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together drained crab meat, softened cream cheese, green onion,
Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and garlic powder.

Step 2
Fill each wonton wrapper with a rounded teaspoon full of crab filling. To make wontons, first wet all edges of the wonton wrapper. Then, bring up two diagonal corners of the wrapper and pinch them together in the middle. Next, bring up the remaining two sides and pinch all four corners together in the center of the wonton. Push out any air and seal all edges using more water, if needed, to seal firmly.

Step 3
Spray all sides of wontons with cooking spray. Load them into the fryer basket in batches, making sure each wonton has enough space so they don’t overlap. Cook at 370 degrees for 9 minutes. Open and flip the wontons and cook the bottoms for an additional 2-3 minutes until they become lightly golden brown, adding cooking spray if needed. Serve with sweet chili dipping sauce.

To reheat, spray the wontons with cooking spray and load them into the air fryer basket. Cook at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until heated through.

Note: Ensure the cooking temperature and time are appropriate for your specific fryer model.
