10-Minute Chili Garlic Noodles

This quick and favor packed noodle dish comes together in 10 minutes and in one bowl. Just cook noodles, add all ingredients into a bowl and pour hot oil on top. The oil will sizzle and cook the garlic and seasonings and form the sauce of the noodles. Then simply stir and enjoy this no fuss noodle bowl. The noodles come out mildly spicy, garlicy and nutty!

4 oz knife-cut curly noodles, cooked and drained
3 tablespoons neutral oil (vegetable, grapeseed, canola oil)
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1 green onion, sliced (optional)
2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
2 teaspoons light soy sauce
2 teaspoons Chinese black vinegar
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar, honey or agave
1/4 teaspoon salt

Step 1.
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and add to a bowl. 

Step 2.
Top noodles with garlic, chili flakes, toasted sesame seeds and the white parts of green onion. Add to the side of the bowl the dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, chinese black vinegar, sesame oil salt, and sugar.

Step 3.
Heat oil in a saucepan until smoking hot. Pour the hot oil over the chili flakes, garlic, and sesame seeds and let its sizzle. Stir the noodles until they are evenly coated.
