Spicy Chili Garlic Crisp Noodles

10-minute chili garlic oil noodles are trending on TikTok and Instagram, but with this recipe, you can take that trending dish one step further with my homemade chili garlic oil crisp! Garlic Chili Oil Crisp is similar to Garlic Chili Oil but the texture is fried, crispy and crunchy and a little more mild in flavor. Check out my Garlic Chili Oil Crisp recipe first and then take it to the next level with this spicy, sweet and salty noodle recipe below!

Homemade is better!
The store-bought versions are growing in popularity such as Trader Joes Chili Onion Crunch and Fling by Jing as well as many others in the asian grocery store, but making it homemade has many benefits. It can be made in a big batch and stored for a long time. You can also control the spicy level and homemade chili oil tastes better and gets better with time. Plus, no preservatives! If you don’t have a homemade batch handy, you can certainly substitute with your favorite store-bought version.
