This easy Teriyaki Salmon takes 10 minutes in the air fryer to cook to perfection and served with a homemade teriyaki sauce that is both a marinade and a glaze. It is a quick mid-week meal and a classic combination of lightly sweet and salty.
Marinate the salmon before hand for 15-20 minutes for extra flavor. And serve with rice and veggies for a healthy meal. I love the way salmon comes out of the air fryer: juicy, flakey & perfectly cooked edges.
What if I don’t have an air fryer?
You can still make baked teriyaki salmon in the oven! Make the sauce & marinate the salmon. Place it on a foil lined cookie sheet and pop it instead into a preheated oven at 400 degrees. It will take a few extra minutes to cook (about 12 minutes). Base the salmon with the glaze during the last minute of cook time.

This is one of my favorite dinners for weeknights because its fast and super flavorful and you can mix up the veggies to keep things interesting. I hope you enjoy this quick and easy meal.
