For a delicious after dinner treat or a quick late night dessert, try these warm caramelized peaches severed a-la-mode with vanilla ice cream. These come out of the air fryer juicy and oh-so tender dripping with buttery sugary goodness. In just 10 minutes, you will get all the flavor of a homemade peach cobbler (minus the 50 minute bake time & the crust). This easy & old-fashioned treat is a hit with us and a recipe that I will keep going back to again and again.

Gather your ingredients:
Peaches: Ripe peaches—not overly ripe but not firm either. I like to use ripe peaches to ensure they come out juicy. I would not recommend this recipe with canned peaches.
Coconut oil: To brush down my peaches. I love the subtle hit of fruit flavor it adds to the peaches, but in a pinch you can substitue with olive oil or a neutral oil.

Sweet cinnamon butter:
Butter adds creaminess and salt to compliment the sweetness of the peaches.
Ground cinnamon adds that familiar sweet and woody old-fashioned pie or cobbler taste.
I use coconut sugar over brown or white sugar when I can because it is unrefined, contains a small amount of fiber and has lower chances of causing a blood sugar spike. It also just really tastes good. Brown sugar can also be used in its place if you don’t have coconut sugar.

Air Fryer Cinnamon & Sugar Peaches Recipe:
2 ripe peaches, cut in half & pits removed
2 tablespoons room temperature salted butter (can substitute vegan butter)
2 tablespoons coconut sugar (can substitute brown sugar)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of sea salt
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Serve with:
Vanilla ice cream (old-fashioned flavor)
Step 1:
Brush peaches with coconut oil on the cut side. Place peaches cut side down on the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes at 350 degrees.
Step 2:
In a small bowl, mix together butter, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Step 3:
Flip the peaches over in the air fryer basket so they are cut side up. Add a spoonful of the butter mixture into the center of peaches and brush mixture over the edges. Place peaches back into the air fryer for 5 minutes, until they are sizzling and caramelized on top.
Step 4:
Remove and serve with vanilla ice cream.
If you do not have an air fryer, you can also make them in the oven.
